Every tier pays the same price. A 16 oz lists at $27.95 and costs $22.36 on any membership — you are not buying a better discount as you move up, you are buying reserved stock, faster dispatch and the tested formulations. Here is what each plan costs to break even.

We pour and ship from Marietta, Georgia, so most of the Southeast sees standard orders in about two days. Local pickup is free for everyone, member or not. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted at checkout; orders over 25 lb ship separately.
The features that matter
Scent Lock
Name the scents your product line depends on and we hold reserve stock against them. When a scent runs low it sells out for everyone else first — you keep buying. If a fragrance is ever discontinued upstream, you get 60 days' notice and help finding the closest match.
Build Sheets
The vessel, the wick, the wax, the fragrance load, the pour temperature and the cure time — tested, written down, and published. Wick testing is the most expensive week in candle making. We have already done it.
Throw Reports
Cold and hot throw for each scent, tested in soy and paraffin at 6%, 8% and 10%. Nobody else publishes this. Stop burning test candles to find out whether a fragrance performs.
Batch Match
We fill from the same lot wherever we can, and tell you before a lot changes so you can order ahead. Your customers should not be able to smell the difference between January and June.
Priority processing
Your order goes to the front of the queue and is packed next, ahead of everything else waiting. No "1–3 business days", no waiting your turn behind orders placed before yours.
Blend Bar
Custom two-oil blends to your spec, bottled and labelled as yours. With 172 oils on the shelf there are more combinations than anyone else can offer you.
Questions
Do I have to be a member to buy?
No. The whole catalogue, every safety data sheet and every IFRA certificate is open to anyone, and local pickup is free whether you pay us a subscription or not. Membership changes the price and the service level, not the access.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you keep member pricing to the end of the period you paid for. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata. If Scent Lock is holding stock for you we will tell you before it is released.
Why is this cheaper than the big suppliers?
We hold one product category instead of five, we pour and ship from one place, and we make our money on memberships rather than on marking bottles up. That is the whole model.
What if I am not sure which tier?
Start on Maker or stay free. You can move up at any time and the difference is prorated. We would rather you grow into Pro than pay for it before it earns its keep.
